As well as offering training programmes and other services, our team includes qualified coaches who can provide:

Coaching has become a widespread development tool for organisations (CIPD Taking the Temperature of Coaching Report 2009).

According to this report, almost 90% of UK organisations have coaching programmes in place. Coaching typically takes the form of one of the following:

  • A formal programme for senior management only
